Yves Breton, 85, of Pompano Beach, FL died Sep 10, 2021. Yves began his training and driving career in 1966. He was a leading trainer at Saratoga in 1978 when he took a break from racing to start a landscaping business in Florida. Before returning to the sport eight years later, Yves became a born-again Christian. He says, “I know it works. The power of God is stronger than anything else. He helped me with my family problems. He cured my high blood pressure and saved me from death when I was run over by a loose horse.” Thanks to his strong beliefs, Yves tithed 10% of his earnings to CHHA.
